How to use The Chiller Kit
You will have this down by the second bottle. There are three steps, one of them is pouring yourself a glass, and the only rule that matters is that the bottle starts cold.

It lives in the freezer
That is the whole preparation. Fifteen minutes charges the stainless steel Innercore rod, and most owners never take it out at all. It simply lives in the freezer door, ready for the next bottle.
There is nothing inside it to degrade, expire or leak, so a month in there is exactly where it is supposed to be.

Into a cold bottle it goes
Start with a bottle that is already fridge cold. Pour one glass first to make room, then let the rod slide down the neck under its own weight. Never force it.
From there it chills from the inside and holds that cold for up to two hours at the table. One honest note: it holds a chill rather than creating one, so a room temperature bottle will not become cold. It fits standard 750ml still wine bottles.

Pour through the aerator
Push the aerating spout on and pour through it. It opens the wine on the way out and does not drip down the label between pours. When the evening is over, care takes seconds.
- Rinse it or run it through the dishwasher, both pieces are dishwasher safe.
- Straight back in the freezer, ready for the next bottle.
- Still whites and rosés only, never sparkling. Pressurized bottles are not safe for it.
