Order placed. Your confirmation email lands within a few minutes of checkout. If it is not in your inbox, it is almost always sitting in spam or promotions.

Shipped within 24 hours. Your kit leaves the warehouse within 24 hours on business days, and your tracking number arrives by email the moment the label is created.

On the way. Delivery takes 5 to 9 business days. The tracking page can sit quiet for the first day or two before the carrier’s first scan. That is normal, not lost.

Tracking questions

I ordered yesterday and tracking shows nothing. Is something wrong?
Almost certainly not. Your tracking number goes out when the label is created, but carriers can take 24 to 48 hours to log the first scan, and until they do the page looks empty. If it still shows nothing after two full business days, email support@stellora.shop and we will chase it for you.
I never got a confirmation email.
Check spam and promotions first, because that is where it is nine times out of ten. If it is genuinely not there, the address may have had a typo at checkout. Write to support@stellora.shop with your name and we will find the order and resend everything.
How long does delivery actually take?
5 to 9 business days from dispatch, and we dispatch within 24 hours on business days. A busy week at the carrier can add a day or two. If your order passes the 9 business day mark, get in touch and we will sort it out.
