1. About these terms

These Terms govern your use of stellora.shop (the "Site") and your purchase of Stellora MD products. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase. By ordering, you confirm you meet that age requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.

3. Orders & pricing

We try to keep pricing and availability accurate. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or out of stock items. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.

4. Subscriptions

By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges every 30 days at the then current price for Daily Glow Defense, until you cancel. You can cancel anytime in your account or by emailing support@stellora.shop, no fees, no minimum commitment. Cancel before your next ship date to avoid the next charge. See Subscription page.

6. Product & health disclaimer

Stellora MD Daily Glow Defense is a dietary supplement, not a drug. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

7. Intellectual property

The Stellora MD name, logo, copy, product designs and all Site content are owned by us (or used with permission) and protected by IP laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or commercially use them without permission.

8. Acceptable use

Don't use the Site to: violate laws, infringe IP, transmit malware, scrape data, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the Site's operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stellora MD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Stellora MD harmless from any claim arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in Wyoming, unless otherwise required by law. (We recommend having an attorney add a binding arbitration clause and class action waiver suited to your business.)

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or a site notice; continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
