How to request a refund

1. Email support@stellora.shop with your order number.
2. Add a quick note about your experience (optional, but helps us improve).
3. We'll confirm within 1 business day.
4. Your refund posts to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

The fine print

• What's refunded: the product cost.
• Shipping: original shipping is non refundable unless your order arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Per customer: one money back guarantee per customer/household.
• Returns: empty packs accepted, no need to return product unless we specifically ask.
• Subscriptions: already shipped subscription orders are covered. Cancel in your account or by email to stop the next charge.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email support@stellora.shop within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll send a replacement or full refund, your choice, and cover shipping.

Lost in transit

Reach out within 30 days of the expected delivery date if your order didn't arrive. We'll work with the carrier and send a replacement or refund.

Cancellations

To cancel an order before it ships, email us within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order has shipped, the 90 day guarantee applies.

Promotional & gifted items

Free gifts (Glow Defense eBook, travel softgel case) are yours to keep, no need to return them when requesting a refund.
