1. About these terms
These Terms govern your use of stellora.shop (the "Site") and your purchase of STELLORA products, including the STELLORA Peptide Lip Treatment. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase. By ordering, you confirm you meet that age requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.
3. Orders & pricing
We try to keep pricing and availability accurate. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or out of stock items. Taxes and shipping are calculated at checkout.
4. Purchases and subscriptions
The Peptide Lip Treatment is a one time purchase and never recurs unless you expressly choose a subscription option at checkout. Where a subscription is offered: when you choose Subscribe and Save you authorize recurring charges at the price shown at checkout, on the schedule shown at checkout (every 30, 60 or 90 days depending on your selection), until you cancel. Skip, pause or cancel anytime in your account or by emailing Support@Stellora.shop, with no fees and no minimum commitment. Cancel before your next ship date to avoid the next charge. We notify you in advance of any price change.

6. Product & health disclaimer
The STELLORA Peptide Lip Treatment is a cosmetic lip product. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Individual appearance results and the developed shade vary with your natural lip tone. For external use only. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
7. Intellectual property
The STELLORA name, logo, copy, product designs and all Site content are owned by us (or used with permission) and protected by IP laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or commercially use them without permission.
8. Acceptable use
Don't use the Site to: violate laws, infringe IP, transmit malware, scrape data, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the Site's operation.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, STELLORA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold STELLORA harmless from any claim arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of a third party.
11. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in Wyoming, unless otherwise required by law.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or a site notice; continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
