How long until I see results?
Astaxanthin works with consistent daily use, think weeks, not days. Many notice skin feeling more hydrated and looking less dull within a few weeks. We suggest a full 30 day pack. Individual results vary.
When and how should I take it?
One softgel daily, ideally with a meal that has some fat, that helps your body absorb the fat soluble astaxanthin.

What is astaxanthin?
A red antioxidant pigment from microalgae (Haematococcus pluvialis), the same molecule that makes salmon and shrimp pink, and one of the most studied antioxidants in nature.
Why MCT oil?
Astaxanthin is fat soluble. MCT (medium chain triglyceride) oil helps your body absorb it, without it, most of the dose isn't taken up.
Why 12mg?
It's a meaningful "triple strength" dose, versus the token 4mg amounts in many products.
Does it do more than skin?
Yes, beyond skin glow, astaxanthin helps support your body's natural antioxidant defenses, a healthy inflammatory response, normal immune function, eye comfort, workout recovery and healthy aging. It supports normal function, it is not a treatment for any condition.
Will it taste fishy?
No fishy aftertaste. It's from microalgae, not fish or krill, in an easy to swallow softgel.
Is it vegetarian?
The current softgel shell contains gelatin. A plant based variant is on our roadmap.
