Shipping

Processing time. Orders ship within 1 to 2 business days (Mon,Fri). Orders placed after 12pm ET ship the following business day.

Delivery. Choose your speed at checkout, Standard Shipping (3 to 7 business days) or Express Shipping (2 to 4 business days). You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your label is created.

Shipping cost.

  • 1 pack & 2 pack: Standard Shipping (3 to 7 business days) $4.95, or Express Shipping (2 to 4 business days) $9.90.
  • 3 pack bundle (Buy 3 Get 2 Free): FREE Shipping (3 to 7 business days), or Express Shipping (2 to 4 business days) $9.90.
  • Subscriptions: renewals ship every 30 days on the same rates, Standard $4.95 (free on the 3 pack bundle).

International. Currently US only. International expansion is on our roadmap, join the glow list to be first to know.

Lost or damaged in transit. Reach out to support@stellora.shop within 14 days of the delivery date and we'll send a replacement or refund, whichever you prefer.

Returns & the 90 Day Guarantee

Every order is covered by our 90 day money back guarantee. If you don't love how your skin feels and looks, contact us within 90 days of delivery and we'll refund you, empty packs accepted.

How to start a return.

  1. Email support@stellora.shop with your order number and a quick note about your experience.
  2. We'll reply within 1 business day with your refund confirmation.
  3. Your refund posts to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Refund terms. The guarantee refunds the product cost. Original shipping is non refundable unless your order arrived damaged or incorrect. One guarantee per customer/household.

Order changes & cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please email us within 12 hours of placing it. Once an order has shipped, we can't change the address or contents, but the 90 day guarantee still applies.

Subscription orders

Already shipped subscription orders follow the 90 day guarantee. To stop the next charge, cancel or skip in your account before the next ship date, or email us to handle it for you.
